1) General
Postal Smart is a Smart Home hub for the development and design market. We combine solution specifications, documentation (PDF/DWG/BIM), deliveries, implementation, and service in a “one-stop partner” model.
We work end-to-end: brief and floor plans → packages and variant cost estimates → interdisciplinary agreements → deliveries “in line with construction progress” → launches, acceptances, and service SLAs.
We operate throughout Poland. Consultations are conducted remotely or on site (for larger projects).
We select solutions based on customer requirements—including Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Tuya ecosystems, as well as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Matter, and Thread standards (where applicable).
Send: floor plans (DWG/PDF), number and types of premises, scope (premises/common areas), information about woodwork/doors, expected integrations (e.g., BMS, PRS). Format: link/attachment + contact person + deadline.
S/M/L packages (or dedicated), variant cost estimates, delivery/installation schedule, access matrices (if applicable), and a list of requirements for the detailed design.
Usually 1–3 business days for standard orders. For larger investments, we will confirm the time in our response.
